Over the past year, I have been working with some amazing musician friends of mine to put together a band that truly does some ‘different’ music from what you’ve seen me play all along. I don’t really know how to describe the music we make, but if I had to try, it would be a contemporary acoustic arrangement of some classical, some latin, groove based music sung by one of the most unique female voices I have come across in my time as a musician here!
Please sample the music yourself here and tell me what you think of it. These are the first 3 songs we recorded in our pianist, Jason’s house. Its been mixed and mastered by him!
1. Maximum City – [audio:Allegro_Fudge-Maximum_City.mp3]
2. Plight – [audio:Allegro_Fudge-Plight.mp3]
3. Constant Paralysis (Spanish Song) – [audio:Allegro_Fudge-Spanish_Song.mp3]
We need a name for the band and we just can’t agree on any names that we have come up. So I need you to help me find a name for the band!
Please listen to the songs and come up with a name you think will describe the band best! Some things to keep in mind when selecting a name
- Please try to ensure there isn’t another band by that name already! (Search for the name on MySpace)
- We would love it if you can find us a name where we can register the .com, .net or .in domain for it!
If your name is selected as the band name, we will list you with muchos thanks on our website and album and give you a free copy of our first album signed by the band and personally delivered to you!
The musicians in the band are
Noella D’sa – Vocals
Joey Sharma – Guitars
Jason Zachariah – Piano / Keyboards
Rzhude David – Percussions / Vocals
Gaurav Vaz – Bass Guitar

1. Ayomaya (Sanskrit for Chaos)
2. Miscela (Latin for Mixture)

And a bad pun, that I couldn’t miss
4. Rzhude Descending a Staircase

(bohne in german means bean)
if you are into hiphop bigtime, it can even be bohnemian rapsody.

Hi Gaurav,
Here I go:
I did a brainstorming on this: I like sounds that have to do with light or fire or for that matter, say, candlelight after being inspired by a song by Buena Visa social club.
So, we have: ‘Candela’ (pronounced Kan-Day-laa) is candle in latin or say “lume di candela” which is candel light.
Or for that matter: “Caminetto and co.” or since you are 5 people precisely in there, its “Caminetto quintet”. By the way, Caminetto in Italian is an apparatus use for heating, hehe. I have one in German: “das Schicksal” meaning the destiny. And if you were heavy metal, I would have called you “resonant evil”
Well, I’m outa ideas now.
All the best in finding a suitable name.
And Oh yes, you see two people there, dont you:—> “音乐” That’s actually “music” in Chinese.
Regards,
Pradeep

What is your opinion? Personally, I dislike the stereotype that women dont know as much about scratching, records, and beatmatching as guys do, since it is a male ego driven field. I think that female DJs can be just as good and even better than men at djing. What do you think?

Hey – I’m talking to a whole entire lot of webmasters to uncover out if they have heard almost nearly something regarding the substantial weblog web page engine change which is contained in the works? With WP releasing three slightly soon, the phrase on the street is that BE is probably make quite a bit adjustments that search like WP changes. Shoot me an e-mail at if you listen to everything.
