My current work is described here – this is a list of work I have done in the past.

I began my career, like most people out of engineering college in the mid 2000s, in the IT industry, where I started out as an SSL Software developer with NetScaler (which was then bought over by Citrix Systems). I then moved into software testing and eventually into technical writing which I was doing until I finally moved of the IT industry completely in December, 2008.

Over the past few years, I have been very active in the Indie music industry in India and am the co-founder of RadioVeRVe, India’s first and only Internet radio station that plays and promotes Indian Indie music across genres and barriers!

Some time back, I had the good fortune of being introduced to Derek Sivers, the co-founder of CD Baby dot com and overall Indie music hero! I am now the VP for Muckwork, the new company that Derek floated that year. Muckwork went through its ups and downs and through it, I made some incredible friends and learnt a TON of stuff about the music industry that I was going to join soon!

I worked with Only Much Louder when they just started looking at their digital side. OML, is one of the biggest companies in the Indie music scene in India and I used to work and in fact, head their online division and also help out with other projects that they have. I was part of the team that originally conceived the idea of something that would eventually shape up and become NH7, and its incredible the difference NH7 has made to the Indian indie music scene!
